Always love my appointments at Billie Jean and really look forward to them. The staff are amazing, kind, friendly, so knowledgeable and always make you feel like you are put first. My hair is always cut to perfection which allows me to have amazing hair, with zero maintenance in between appointments. I love playing around with colour and at Billie Jean I always get the best advice as to what will suit my skin tone, my face shape etc I trust them implicitly and would (and do) recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks as always guys x

This salon is great! Been going for over a year now since I moved to Melbourne and have never had a bad experience. Everyone in the salon is lovely and welcoming, and I always walk out looking and feeling amazing.

Love the advice, care and attention given by Max, and whilst I no longer live in Melbourne. rest assured each time I return a visit to see Max @ Billie Jean is sure to be on the cards. I'll be sure to tell my Melbourne friends about this new salon and great new central location too. Love it!!!

Loved the salon. Nice, clean, very welcoming and everyone were super dipper friendly! Had my hair balayaged with Zarah who's great at what she does. Billie Jean is also one of a very few salons that provide complimentary dry and blow wave after the service which is definitely a plus!

Every time I visit I am treated as not only a customer but as a member of the Billie Jean family - everyone is professional, personable and super charming and you always have the best ideas and advice. Which is why I have recommended the salon to lots of people and why I will always trust you with my hair! Plus the cuts and colour are great😊
