First time visiting this Salon and was pleased with the overall service and sound advice given. It was succinct and the hairdresser handled it well as doing a great job. The place was not gaudy or out of place and had very friendly staff. Personally I'm not much of a talker and picking up the ques it was great that they didn't feel to need to make conversation in between which is a nice plus. Would definitely recommend and visit again in the future.

I would recommend to my friends or family, however none would pay these prices for hair styling - no matter how good I tell them it is.

My daughter and I were in Melbourne for a long weekend. As I don't have time to do hair, make up etc in routine life it was amazing to come to Billie Jeans and spend time getting these things done. We loved Aaron and Natasha. So much that on our last night I wanted to come back and buy Cloud Nine straighteners. They weer both so helpful. I was just disappointed that the woman serving us wasn't as friednly and helpful as they had been as our experience had been so positive. It was a big thing for me to have spent over $500 NZD on our hair and then another $400 NZD on straighteners. It would have been nice to have felt that extra custom was welcomed. Thanks Natasha and Aaron!! You two were amazing.

Fantastic customer service and you feel very welcome there though it is really pricey.
