I booked the summer special for two people together whilst visiting a friend that lives in Margate. We received a friendly welcome on arrival and taken to our room. Once we were on the beds both therapists came into the room. The therapist that I was allocated, Sharon, said that she was expecting an important call sometime during our 2 hr allocated treatment time & she would do a few extras to make up for the inconvenience. I found this a little odd that a professional could take a personal phone call during a treatment of a client. My first negative feedback is that she had her mobile in the room and it kept on getting messages, this was annoying when you're in a relaxed state. The phone call came 1/2 way through my treatment and I thought it may have lasted for 5-10 mins....not so. This call lasted nearly 1/2 hour & even though the other therapist provided both myself and friend with a toe nail polish during this time, the whole treatment experience was gone. I found myself getting very frustrated waiting for Sharon to return and I made the remark that it was a very long phone call and one that was also put on speaker phone so we could hear bits of the conversation in the background. Our treatment package was meant to be for 2 hrs, we arrived at 11.00 am & we finished at exactly 1.00 pm, with 1/2 disruptions, so I would like to know what we missed out on or what service was shortened. The other therapist was very professional and accomodating and I feel she tried her best to manage a difficult situation. I find it unacceptable that I booked booked this package with ample time to allocate therapists that should have been there for the whole time. It was really good, I was told that I'd get makeup advice though and I didn't.

Last appointment was cancelled last minute for multiple bookings which created great frustration. Today was a very pleasant experience and the booking much better

Was most surprised that my eye makeup was not removed during this facial, nor was I given any indication as to the condition of my skin. Would have liked to know if there were any dry spots etc...

I would like to make a comment about the experience, as I didn't think it was value for money. I thought a manicure included having nail polish on my nails, but all I got was a soak and buff. I thought it would include a pedicure, but the polish was put on my toe nails with no soak, or anything. I found the experience of having the facial and manicure at the same time quite overwhelming. I did relax but kept focusing on my nails, rather than enjoying the facial. I just don't think it was worth $160.

A tip, need to clean your floors!always a mess when i come in for my appointment in the mornings...
