The staff and venue of Ella bache in Coffs Harbour are absolutely amazing. I had a lady called Olivia do my waxing. She did the best job ever, was efficient and very personable. Also the generosity with regard to products e.g wipes, lotions etc is fantastic. They all made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease
