Staff are very skilled and professional. Not a relaxing place unfortunately due to phone ringing, vacuum going, loud talking and front door ringing. Walls are too thin and hard to relax. The treatment was amazing though.

I have been using this Ella Bache on and off for a very long time(when it was owned by someone else and started at a different location). This is the first time I did not have a good experience. Don't get me wrong, the girls were amazing and I know things happen, but it would have been nice to have been offered something(a couple of little samples) for being polite and understanding(most would have been thoroughly pissed off). I am not sure if I will return here for treatments:(

I enjoy going to Ella Bache because im happy with the results, whereas this time I decided anyone was good enough to do it. i thought this then I compared it to the other person and realised when she tinted my eyelashes i didn't choose whether I wanted blue black or black. I wasn't satisfied with the outcome. My problem is I do enjoy the work the people put in but next time I'll be more selective with who does my brows and lashes

I thought the provider of my service was inadequately trained to give information on other products and services advertised on site. I was interested and querying about a few services thinking I might try one day hit she was unable to give me any information as she didn’t know and don’t offer to ask someone experienced for find out for me. Just some feedback for the business.

Bottom of feet were green as there were no sticky feet offered or towel put down in booth. Would have loved to have been offered something to protect bottom of my feet from the tan
