Just leaving an honest review. Although I come out relaxed I believe that was just due to the environment. I was sore and tense and my massage felt like a beginner had performed my massage, after discussing I would like a medium to hard pressure it was like a light rub was performed. My lower back and neck received no attention to the affected area and was left with tight tension over night. For the price of $120 for an hour massage I think next time I will go else where.

I saw very little difference in my skin after the facial, which was supposed to "to firm, tone, plump, restore density and restructure the skin". Quite disappointing really as it was quite expensive at $145.

I’m a bit disappointed, I was looking forward to my appointment as it’s rare I get a facial and massage. She took a while to come into the room to begin, and complete the massage she then said there was no hot water from the taps so left the room again to get hot water, which seem to take quite a long time. She then started the facial and told me what I’m doing wrong and what products to use which is perfectly fine, but please wait till the facial is over, I’m there to relax not to talk. And then whilst the mask was on she dissappeared to get me water and fill out the aftercare card, where is a hand massage? Every time I’ve had a facial I’ve always received a hand massage whilst the mask was on.

Unfortunately, the lady on the front desk was not very welcoming when I attend my appointment. I entered the salon and stood in front of her for a couple of minutes, (talk about being invisible). I spoke first when she eventually looked up from her computer, I said my name. No hello, how are you, just take a seat and someone will be with you soon. The lovely girl who attended me was very professional and did a great job.

I had a deluxe manicure, very disappointed with product. Nails still werent dry 5 hours later, nail lacquer was Opi. I have this product at home. Chipped and marked.Wouldnt get nail manicure there ever again.

I booked a deluxe pedicure costing $85. I had to sit off the hallway up in a hard wooden grandstand like chair while two other women sat down below me getting their nails done and talking about everything and everyone. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. I left with a sore back and bottom from the seating. There was no privacy or relaxation about this experience Luckily I was wearing shorts as in a skirt I would have been exposed to all. An extremely disappointing and over priced hour.
