Awesome customer service, sensitive feel, very professional and personal. Wax came up short. Patches of hair left. Wax method needed a little more finesse, bit rough, super quick. Therapist was in a rush. Ps.love this salon. So personal, professional but dont forget detail, thoroughness and accuracy matter. Quality is so important.
