I am unhappy with my haircut. I have curly hair and asked the hairdresser to cut layers into the back (like Kristy usually does) to lift the curls but she left it one length. Instead she shaped it around my face, which looked nice when straightened but since I have washed it and left it curly, the short pieces have sprung up and look terrible. The front is too short. I have rebooked, hoping that Kristy is back for my next appointment. I do not want this hairdresser again. I would appreciate if the hairdresser wasn't told that I am the person who complained about her.
