There is a level of courteous attention to the customer from the moment of entering the salon until the visit is complete. I am offered a drink, and magazines that are appropriate and up to date. More importantly I am kept informed during a brief waiting time. There is a busyness in the salon without any sense of rush. The staff are professional, respectful and friendly. I enjoy my visits to this salon and wish them continuing success.

I see Jess, a total professional who listens and advises me on colour and style. I am ALWAYS happy with how my hair looks when I leave the salon. The salon is clean and comfortable and the ambience is quiet and soothing, no loud music. Equally Rachel on Reception is courtesy personified and cannot do enough for Cataldo's clients. I highly recommend Cataldo's in Woden to you.

Appreciate tailored advice and understanding of my needs and how best to help me. Also that I don’t feel awkward coming into the salon (I’m not someone who has hair done up regularly!)

Ive been looking for a hairdresser for a while and I've just found one! Luke did such an amazing job. Not only did he give me a haircut that is perfect for my hair type and lifestyle, he explained how I can style it at home. Really happy, def going back.
