When I arrived for my treatment there was tree lopping out the front of the spa. I was assured that it would not be able to be heard when in the treatment room but that was not the case. The whole way through my treatment all I could hear was the chainsaw and the mulching, it wasn't just in the background it was loud. It really wasn't relaxing at all.

The experience I received at this spa was brilliant the spa feels very relaxing from the very beginning to the end my specialist Perri was spot on and outstanding in her care and treatments she used, Perri knows what she is doing and knows how to care for her clients thank you so much, greatly appreciated.

The treatment and service I received was wonderful and very professional. I wasn't happy however that I had to go downstairs past 2 workmen in my gown (which was not designed for a plus size woman). The ambience was perfect, but I wonder if that may be partly used to hide the older decor and facilities in the waiting lounge. I have been there previously and the menu for treatments offered has definitely got less and the prices have soared.

Lacked personal touch, tea was offered but not poured and empty when tried to pour. Change rooms were disgusting and smelt Robes should have been left in hotel room with a note to wear to session if going to offer such horrible change rooms

Nothing has changed since I've been there the last time. It's noisy and not relaxing at all. Staff lacked motivation.

My treatment was amazing , however on the day of my visit, there was no hot water, therefore no showers. One other mention would be the bathroom floors were slippery and not the cleanest. Regardless of the above mentioned. I had a wonderful day and would book again.
