Our therapists were sensational. Both Rebecca and Anita were just so sweet and gave Mum and I an experience to remember. My Mum's first spa experience and she was just so happy with everything. Thank you so much. Cannot wait to come back. I think this will be a regular experience for me.

Jenna was an absolute delight. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication about my pregnancy, but Jenna had accommodated and looked after me. Will definitely come back to see Jenna again. Thank you

Visiting this spa is on my annual to do list every year. I love arriving early to use the pool and relax before my amazing spa experience. I’ve never had a bad therapist they are all so friendly and experienced. Always feels so lux visiting this spa. Highly recommend.

Overall we had a good day and enjoyed the 1hr massage . However I felt the premises is a bit run down and on arrival no run down of what we can do or expect so we just wondered around and found a nice guard who took us to a place for a nice lunch . We arrived at the Spa to see what we need to do and were just told to be back 15 minutes prior ,enquired about the pool and was told yes we could use the pool . We did use the pool and in the end we found out that we could get free towels and robes ... Questionnaire was completed not sure why as the areas we ticketed were not covered or discussed eg. I ticketed that I would like to know products used .. Staff seems overwhelmed and the pool area was tired with old used towels on bench seats for ages .. Did not feel like a calming place at all , I have had much better .

Big thank you to the entire team for a wonderful spa experience yesterday. I felt very spoilt and the treatments provided by Dipti were fantastic. My only constructive feedback is the cleanliness of the female change rooms. I feel they could do with a good clean in places. Otherwise keep doing what you are doing - as you are doing a fabulous job.
