Firstly the drive in the road needs improvement! The treatment was amazing however in the room we need to be offered A pillow when laying on our back and warming or cooking eye masks as apposed to a face washer I’d prefer a weighted blanket or doona as I was cold throughout the treatment Disappointing we had to request our wine in the package and our gift.

I had a dream that wonderful experience during my visit to the spa! I have very sensitive skin, and the therapist ensured me that the products used would be gentle - and I was so impressed! My skin was glowing and really hydrated and smooth after my appointment. I even went ahead and bought some of the products used as I was so happy with the results! The facility itself was very clean and welcoming- I would definitely come back here again, this time I’ll bring my husband along!

My massage was a bit on the firm side today. The therapist didn’t ask if the pressure was ok and I felt bad saying anything to her. My fault for not speaking up! Great experience though. We will be back for another!

The only disappointing thing about the experience was the people using the upstairs gym were dropping weights, and the noise from them hitting the floor was going through to the roof of the room I was having the massage in. It wasn’t very pleasant. The rest of the experience including the therapist I had was amazing.

I gave 9 for environment because I think that the locker/toilet/shower area should be perhaps more segregated/spacious. Difficult, I realise. The welcome we received was lovely and everything was explained to us clearly. I immediately felt special. The Luxury package was heavenly and as for the massage, I never wanted it to stop. The masseuse I had was first class! Overall we had a very positive and enjoyable time with you and can’t wait to save up to come again. Special shout out to the receptionist Natalie and my lovely masseuse whose name unfortunately I didn’t ask. Well done L.M. Spa! Thank you, Brenda.
