I received a beautiful 90 min spa treatment today with my Husband. Quality products used and an excellent massage using gentle pressure as requested. The spa is starting to look old and in need of maintenance. The front steps are falling apart which is not a good look when you enter. The pool is also looking tired with some loose tiles and sealant. It’s also very dark in there. Not very inviting so me decided not to use it. What a shame as I was looking forward to a nice swim. It won’t stop me coming back as I’m quite local!

It is a wonderful experience and wonderful place to be pampered. I definitely enjoyed my afternoon. But it is expensive. I personally know the prices stop a lot of people from going. I would definitely book a lot more appointments if it was a bit cheaper as the service and atmosphere is fantastic

I have had regular massages for the past 5-6 years, and Terri's service was at least equivalent to what I have received previously from a male practitioner, although the head and arm massage that she included was new to me.

It was a great experience on the spa treatment. Only challenge I faced was on booking appointment. It was difficult always to reach out to reception for booking.
