The staff were lovely and friendly, the treatment package we had was wonderful and enjoyed by both of us. Just a couple of minor issues, the treatment room we were in was obviously next to a staff room or similar as 90% of our treatment time we could hear conversations, laughing etc from the adjoining room. Also lockers were difficult to lock and we thought we had locked it but returned to find it unlocked. Overrall we enjoyed our time at L M SPA

Steam room in women’s toilet smelt a little mouldy. Other than that it was beautiful.

The staff were lovely and the facility clean and pleasant. The rooms were a little cool during the treatment and the changerooms were not very spacious.

Thank you for a lovely experience at LM Spa. We really relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our treatment. I love aromatherapy and would have liked more oils to be used in diffusers or in the massage oil. The staff were wonderful and the quality of the massage was excellent. Cant wait to return. Thanks again:)
