It's amazing!! The staff are lovely! I feel so relaxed after having my massage & facial then after that I have a nice relaxing spa. I could stay there all day!

Despite the nice facial and experience, it was disconcerting to hear staff talking to each other about what they were about to do regarding treatments and process etc. This should have been a private conversation, we feel, considering the price of the facial we were booked in for.

Front reception was very accommodating, nice and very professional. Same with Joseph Restaurant. As for the pampering side not so professional one of the girls finger nails keeper stabbing her, nails were obviously to long for this profession. The massage it self was okay but not up to usual standard unfortunately. I think the ladies change room needs to be bigger and lockers updated could hardly fit anything in those. Not sure I would be in a rush to go back.

This was the most amazing experience - professional, quality service, everything was top notch. I attended with a girlfriend on a package which included several treatment options. We couldnt believe how fabulous it was. Excellent service and a stunning location. Suggest you allow time to enjoy the day, as there is no limit to how long you relax around the pool area, swim, read or stay in the outdoor mansion gardens, after your day spa experience. The staff were super friendly and couldnt be more sensitive and professional - well done and thank you! Making my plan to return...

I took my life long friend to The Werribee Mansion spa package for her 60th birthday. It exceeded my expectations, everything was absolutely amazing. The package I purchased was such good value for money. The package included a spa treatment for an hour and also a two course lunch at Joseph's. From the moment we walked in we were treated so beautifully and they also wished my friend a happy birthday. We got to wear beautiful robes and waited in an area that was so beautiful with tea and water while we waited. Our treatments were just wonderful and I felt so relaxed and refreshed. I chose the 1 hour facial and the birthday girl got the half facial and half massage which she thoroughly enjoyed. After our treatment, we went into that beautifully lit and amazing smelling room to have more tea and just relax. Then it was time for lunch at Josephs. Oh my goodness this was again just amazing. The server who looked after us was very attentive but not in a bad way, he was always there if we needed him. They sat us at a table that overlooked the gardens. The meal was wonderful, you got to choose from a entree and main or main and dessert. We both picked an entree and main. The meals were just wonderful. I'm vegan and I had so many choices and the birthday girl absolutely loved her meal. You also got a glass of wine with your lunch. I felt that this deal was such good value for money and I wouldn't hesitate doing this again or telling everyone who will listen that they should go to the Werribee Mansion spa and see the amazing staff and have a treatment. I'm so glad that I purchased this package for my friends 60th birthday. Thanks so much everyone from the spa treatment to Josephs restaurant for a wonderful day.
