I had the best massage of my life! Massage was on point. Didn’t feel rushed, and felt a million bucks, leaving. Loved the experience, ate at the cafe and the food was amazing. Highly recommended everything.

The spa is run down. Facilities in need of a Reno. the masseuse. had something on her hand maybe the right hand that scratched me throughout the massage which made it quite unpleasant. It may be a cut or scab or a callous. I could not relax and enjoy as it was quite unpleasant feeling.

I have been to LM spa a few times in the past and loved it. The service is still as good, the actual environment needs some updates/TLC. A bit dirt and tired, not from a lack of cleanliness, purely age. Great massage and hammam, lovely people. Would still recommend!

I gave 9 for environment because I think that the locker/toilet/shower area should be perhaps more segregated/spacious. Difficult, I realise. The welcome we received was lovely and everything was explained to us clearly. I immediately felt special. The Luxury package was heavenly and as for the massage, I never wanted it to stop. The masseuse I had was first class! Overall we had a very positive and enjoyable time with you and can’t wait to save up to come again. Special shout out to the receptionist Natalie and my lovely masseuse whose name unfortunately I didn’t ask. Well done L.M. Spa! Thank you, Brenda.

The only disappointing thing about the experience was the people using the upstairs gym were dropping weights, and the noise from them hitting the floor was going through to the roof of the room I was having the massage in. It wasn’t very pleasant. The rest of the experience including the therapist I had was amazing.
