The spa was absolutely fantastic. I have been a few times as I have always had a great experience. My 3 friends also thought the massages and amenities were some of the best they’ve ever had. No complaints from me! I will continue to refer people here. I will only just say the music in rooms was a little strange - sometimes jumping or cutting off. Only IF I had to pick something to give feedback on. We had a lovely afternoon Thankyou!

Mum and I were gifted a relaxing massage experience at LM salon and it was incredible. I'm 37 weeks pregnant so I really enjoyed being able to lay on my stomach (which I've been unable to do for some time now) as the bed had a hole in it for my belly to fit. At one stage I got very hot and the lovely staff accommodated and did everything to make me feel comfortable and cooler. Overall the experience was wounderful and both mum and I walked away feeling relaxed and pampered. Would highly recommend.

Staff and service is totally great. Maybe leave doors downstairs to spa treatment waiting area closed as every word uttered upstairs can be heard downstairs when trying to relax with a lovely cup of tea. Only thing that lets the place down is that it seems like LM Spa don't want to spend a cent keeping the place up to standard maintenance wise. Seriously, just get someone to pressure wash the front steps to spa entrance once a week as covered in unreasonable amount of bird poo and leaves. Freshen up the signs that lead to spa. Get a softer couch to sit on when you enter the premises as the one there is as hard as a church pew but looks soft and literally startles anyone sitting on it. Run some rubber matting just outside the spa area at end of pool as the floor is so slippery that it is a fall in the making - I have slipped a few times but am agile so have avoided injury. Get a clock in pool area that can be seen as the gym clock is unreadable from pool area and when swimming I am anxious that I will miss my appointment. Finally fix those columns in the pool area - the bottom section of each column is sandstone and has been eaten away from the salty environment - in some spots whole sections are missing which looks cheap and ratty and no maintenance to repair has been ever done. I suggest that last 30cm of every column have its crumbling limestone removed and replaced with an aluminium skirting that will not erode. A handyman can do this - Get my husband to do it in exchange for relaxion massages on non busy days!!! I did mention these things 2 years ago and nothing has been done.

I thought i was at the wrong place as the front entrance looked like the back entrance. It needs to be cleaned and made more inviting. This is letting you down big time.
