i have been here a couple of times, the first time i paid $600 worth of treatments and it was definitely not worth it, felt very rushed and not relaxing at all. the second time i went was on a groupon so half the price. massage and facial was really nice and certainly a much better experience but they missed the hair treatment and sparkling wine. not sure why i wasn't given these? the pool are is dirty and needs a good clean their is gritty sand everywhere which is not pleasant on your feat. the most disappointing thing for me was this was the first time away from my baby and i just wanted a nice shower, only to get in their and their was no shampoo or conditioner, so i had to go home and have a shower and wash my hair, not the relaxing experience i was hoping for or expecting from this type of spa and price.

My sister and I attended and had a 45 minute scrub. The staff let us know that the shower would come on when our time was up. Upon returning back to our rooms we were back at 4:40 entering at 4pm we spent about 15 minutes finishing up then chatting to the staff. Therefore the session was 20-25 minutes tops as the staff also spent time showing us where everything was. This was disappointing, we didn’t have our phones on us so we weren’t tracking the time and trusted the spa would have the timing right. We feel we should be reimbursed some way as essentially our session was for half of the time advertised.

The inclusions listed on the voucher was for a 60-minute Relaxation Body Massage, which is exactly what we expected to receive. Instead, we received a 30 minute Hammam steam room and only a 30 minute Massage which was disappointing. And as I have asthma, I was unable to utilise this part of the unexpected service. The spa was also a little run down. The entrance steps were falling apart, there was mould in the Hammam steam room and the pool area had missing tiles on most of the pillars.

I received a beautiful 90 min spa treatment today with my Husband. Quality products used and an excellent massage using gentle pressure as requested. The spa is starting to look old and in need of maintenance. The front steps are falling apart which is not a good look when you enter. The pool is also looking tired with some loose tiles and sealant. It’s also very dark in there. Not very inviting so me decided not to use it. What a shame as I was looking forward to a nice swim. It won’t stop me coming back as I’m quite local!
