I’ve been here before and have had a much better overall experience. This time was a bit different. I couldn’t relax a great amount just before the massage because workers were having a loud conversation/meeting in an adjacent room which didn’t set a great tone. Also, the massage itself was great for arms and legs but didn’t relieve any back or shoulder tension.

We chose to celebrate an important anniversary here. We were blown away by the amazing experience we had here and the hotel. Staff were amazing. The treatment was bliss. Try to go during a quiet period. Won't be disappointed.

I had a voucher as a gift for a facial and massage at the LM Spa. It was a great experience, very luxurious I loved every minute. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
