The outside entrance area needs a bit of cleaning from the birds as it doesn’t invite you inside and the indoor pool area tiles need to be maintained as some are broken. One of the deck chairs was very wobbly and not stable to be on. The spa inside and staff are very welcoming and do a great service.

My only feedback would be, that it would be nice to have the change room on the same level as the spa. It's very cold and uncomfortable walking through reception with a robe on. Also the ladies bathroom needs some change rooms and chairs to sit down. It was also unkept (ladies hair all over the floor). It felt alittle dirty.

I loved my visit! The staff were amazing. Your receptionist is gold! Lovely relaxing environment. Thoroughly enjoyed the serenity.

Each time I come it is an amazing experience. I have had a positive experience every time and can't wait to visit again. The free use of the pool sets a lovely tone before going to have a treatment. I only have one suggestion to add. The downstairs waiting area has a lovely feel, the hot cup of tea, the t-light candles and large couch with pillows. However, I think a bit of something natural, greenery of some sort would give it a fresh brighter feel and would blend well with the surrounding gardens at the mansion and rose gardens. Even a TV with a forest landscape or waterfall would be lovely. Maybe some fake green plants scattered could work too. Thank you for your amazing spa experience.

My partner and I had a couples recovery package massage and it was honestly one of the best we have had. Amy B and Amia were professional and delivered the most relaxing massages with all our requests. Cannot recommend high enough. Thank you ladies!!
