The treatment and service experience were outstanding, as always. However, we feel compelled to highlight some areas that could benefit from improvement: 1) It was a busy day at the spa, and my friend and I were asked to share a locker. This is not the first time this has happened, and I believe it would be beneficial for management to consider increasing the number of lockers to avoid such inconveniences. 2) The pool area requires immediate attention. The pillars and floor tiles around the pool are deteriorating. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures, but the issues are quite apparent and should be evident to anyone, experienced or not. 3) The Spa team was fantastic in assisting with our order. However, the QR Code we scanned for ordering drinks and snacks at the pool only led us to a menu without a payment option. In today's world, where such technology is commonplace, it seems a disservice to require guests to trek around, especially when wet and cold, to complete their purchase. We are loyal clients and plan to continue visiting. We hope to see these concerns addressed in future visits, as they could significantly enhance the guest experience, particularly around the pool area. To the staff, a heartfelt thank you for your exceptional service and support.
