I feel terrible to give negative feedback and I wouldn't have, except that I have received this survey. I was really looking forward to this experience however I left feeling really flat. The lady that gave me my treatment was really lovely however the flow of the over all experience was poor. I arrived at 12:15 with 45mins to swim and enjoy a pool side lunch as discussed with the lady who took my booking over the phone. When I arrived I was instructed to go back to the bar to arrange lunch of which I was told it was a little inconvenient to go to the pool with lunch so I sat at the bar. I was told there was a large booking so I need to get a small snack which I did. After eating, I walked back to the pool room to find it locked and then had to walk around. I had 5mins remaining to swim of which I had to set a timer and couldn't relax as I was worried about not making in to my appointment at 1pm. When I was locking my belongs prior to entering the appointment I couldn't get my locker to lock so I was anxious about leaving my belongings. I entered the room downstairs shortly after 1pm and waited until 1:20 when I was introduced to my consultant. The consultant was lovely and I am not complaining about her therapeutic service however at 2:40 after my shower I was asked to enter the spa and a timer was given to me so that I knew at 3pm I had to get out and dry. The consultant did knock shortly after 3 to make sure I was finished in the spa. I sat waiting in the room in the dark about 5mins and thought that maybe I was meant to get dressed and leave. As I left I handed the keys to the receptionist who was on the phone. She did kindly ask her called to hold whilst she took my keys and wished me well on my way out. I found that I was leaving the car park at 3:15pm. So the appointment time with in the premises was less than 2hrs. I have never attended a spa treatment before so I didn't know what to expect but I really didn't feel like my Werribee spa experience was worth $280. Maybe it was as I am new to this experience. I was booking in for the Heavenly Decadence and a mini facial. Again, I would like to reiterate that the staff were lovely I just didn't feel like the over all experience was worth the $320 spent. I was using a voucher that my friends purchased pre covid. I was booked in at 1pm Tuesday 22nd Feb. Many thanks, Kelly Cristaldi

Pool feels outdated and rundown, aesthetically not eye pleasing, saw mould, female changeroom could improve, anymore than two people feels tight, changing chair area situation right infront if the toilet, not very pleasant/claiming space. There were no basic complementary toiletries available, for the amount of money you spend here it was a real disappointment. My massage was also a let down. Would not recommend to friends.

Honest review from an experienced dayspa client. On arrival, front of house was friendly, and showed me where the change rooms were. The lockers aren't very secure, they have a flimsy latch for a lock. Front of house had forgotten to hand out my towel and blamed the cleaners. The pool and spa was unpleasantly cold, which wasn't a good start to my $560+ spa treatment. However, my beauty therapist was amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable and my dignity was of most importance. We spent 5hrs together, and the full treatment was heavenly. It would have been nice to be more involved in product choice or explanation of products throughout treatment. There was also no skin care consultation or upsell after treatment, I could've been interested in purchasing some skin care products. They have these daggy coloured lights in the treatment room - something from the 90s. Def worth getting rid of these! Not that great opening my eyes between treatments to disco blue, red and green lights bouncing off the walls and ceiling... My treatment included lunch, however it seems to have sat too long and became soggy in the dressing before served to me which was disappointing. They served delicious herbal tea in the treatment lounge which was lovely. Werribee Mansion is close to home, but I'd be inclined to travel 1hr-1.5hr to have a better overall experience.

The place was run down and did not look up to standard of a lamcemore group experience. Cost for the service was on the pricy side. Staff were nice but not overly friendly or welcoming. Bathrooms locker area could also use updating and felt old and run down. Upon entering stairs were covered in bird poop and was not welcoming at all. I went with 2 other ppl for the same service and we all had a different experience during treatment so not the same across the board. Massage itself was a good quality

We did the melting moments and something seemed amiss and upon checking the spa menu at home, this was supposed to be a 45min massage, 60min facial and 15min scalp massage. Both me and my friend booked this weeks ago primarily for the facial time, however the massage went on for much longer then 45mins as did the hair treatment for way more than 15mins. The facial was super quick - 20-30 mins max, double cleanse, scrub and double mask - I can do all these at home by myself, why would I go to a spa. At the time of booking we selected native facial so I would assume this was added to the booking info as there was no consult about the skin type etc. We feel quite ripped off with the facial component of this treatment. The therapist was a lovely girl so no complaints regarding that at all. It just isn't right when you are paying 270 you expect what is on the menu. I had to come back and check the menu again as I thought I read something wrong but no I confirmed the facial was supposed to be the longest of the treatment. Yes no one carries a watch while in treatment but everyone can tell the time difference between the treatments. Our previous treatments were great as I had booked single treatments not a package one and its not right if you take payment for something as its not provided as described. I had also brought my family and friends to the spa so I'm quite dissapointed.
