My beautician did a perfect job of my eyebrows I was very happy with them in the end.so thank for that. My only feedback would be that I do prefer when people ask me what shape and shade of tint I want before starting. She also didn’t ask me if the wax was too hot and it did feel hotter then usual. I found the small talk a bit too casual and unprofessional and my beautician swore quite a few times unnecessarily in conversation. She was a lovely person and did the treatment well, just overall not the best experience I’ve had, felt like a bit more training could help.

Eyebrows waxed in the same place twice, applied a third coat and I asked her to stop. She stopped altogether. No tweeze or trim, job incomplete. Lovely girl, very inexperienced. Skin now irritated and sore. I went in late at 9:23 and was fully dressed by 10:22. For an eyebrow wax and a facial… Was then charged $160 for a service incomplete and another service well and truly cut short. After six appointments at Ella Bache that’s my last. Just wanted to feel good, left feeling ripped off.

I had the worst manicure ever. The lady was extremely rude when I asked her how I wanted my nails filed. She then did it on one hand and not the other. I did not ask again and instead ask her politely to borrow the file so I could just take off a few uneven and sharp edges. She gave me a look that could kill then refuse and hardly fixed it. When I asked her to please cut my cuticles she spent more time on telling me I have not booked that in the appointment. I said I will pay extra but she then was quite annoyed doing it. No to the shellac experience: she does not do it in strokes...she initially put a wax on my nail and then started the primer. I said ‘will it stick’....then she took the aceton and slightly wiped with one stroke over each nail. Then the gel was an experience in itself. First of all it was quite thick, but she did not do it in strokes over the nail...she went in circles and left thick areas all over the nails. I asked her to please try and correct that and got “that look” again! She could not correct it and that is the reason half of the nails is allready chipped off. Then she added the top layer and NOT covering all of the polish! So the result it came off before I went to bed tonight! I paid $50 for and hour of shortnails to buff, file and cuticle and shellac that came off after 4 hours. So I am stuck with ‘areas of shellac and areas of nails coming out. I fly out of Aus tomorrow until Monday but I am very disappointed in this services this lady gave me. I previously had really good service at that clinic and I would believe this is the beautician that honestly need to look at her client skills AND her job as a nail technician is V E R Y dismal! $50 in the drain!

Terrible waxing encounter! Never had issue before but it’s enough to put me off using Ella Bache. I called to let them know and was told that “maddie never misses them bits” and that they were extremely busy to be able to fit me in until later today or tomorrow! Like it was an inconvenience, sorry! If it had been done right time I wouldn’t have to waste your time or mine needing to come back in at all! My chin and lip weren’t even wiped/cleaned down to begin with to at least take my make up off prior to waxing which I thought was strange to start with. Feel like ella Bache services have seriously declined.
