I was really disappointed with my brow service - I love my thick brows and always make it clear I never want them to be reshaped just cleaned up. The girl I had hacked into my brows, trimming and plucking unnecessary hairs and left me with super thin short brows which upset me a lot. Unfortunate experience as I had a great girl the treatment before this.
