The salon at Kingsway was short staffed on this particular day and the receptionist was very apologetic in saying there would be a wait for me and I would go past my appointment time till my hairdresser (Chloe) could tend to me.. The receptionist was very polite and attentive to my needs in the meantime while I did wait, asking if I wanted a coffee etc. she also provided me with magazines to read during my wait. It was half an hour after my appointment time before my hairdresser could begin my cut but I didn’t mind waiting and Chloe was also very apologetic in keeping me waiting. She was very good at listening to my needs in what I wanted in my cut and understood my preferences. She was very patient and didn’t rush me while I explained. She did a very good job at cutting and styling my hair and I’m pleased with the result.Happy with the price paid as well. Both the hairdresser and receptionist apologized to me again for the delay and wait as I paid and left, Some staff may not have bothered to be that sincere so I appreciated their genuine apologies.
