Comment
I was a hair model and therefore I understood my appointment would take much longer, however from 11am to 3:30pm I was not offered a drink of any kind. I needed the toilet and went with wet hair through the shopping centre and ordered myself a coffee to take back into the salon. The student did a very good job of my hair and the staff member that was supervising also was attentive to the student giving advice and feedback. I just feel that they should offer clients a drink of water or even a tea or coffee which would make the whole experience so much better!
