I had my hair curled at 10am and by 2pm it had all fallen out. Not only was I charged more than originally quoted at the desk this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. (Being over charged and not getting the desired results) I luckily had time to come back in the afternoon for someone to redo my curls but again they only lasted an hours or so not the length of my event that day. The stylist was trying to give excuses to do with the weather ect but how can that be when last time the weather was not the same! Extremely disappointed and will not be retuning to the salon.
