I was going to ring to voice my complaints however this email came through. I had a colour and cut today. The colour was great but the cut absolutely not. After my hair dried at home and I brushed through and straightened it, it has been butchered. I asked for my hair to be thinned out. Being there 6 months before the lady told me they don’t use thinning scissors, so I didn’t think I needed to ask again. I didn’t see what the lady today used to thin my hair out but my hair is well past my shoulders and I’m unable to put my hair in a ponytail as half my hair has been chopped up to my ears. There aren’t layers or anything it’s like someone just chopped half my hair in half like a long undercut. It’s gone massively frizzy with flys of hair everywhere as well. Massively disappointed

Was taken in promptly - that was fine. The hairdresser I was given had cut my hair once before and I ended up having to cut my hair myself afterward because he did not do what I asked. I have given him the benefit of the doubt and let him cut my hair again - probably shouldn't have done that. I asked for 4 things- for a hair wash and treatment, to remove my split ends, to have my curtain bangs cut shorter, and to shape the bottom of my hair. Dude didn't even seem to realise that I wanted a wash, even though he explicitly asked me if I wanted it - fine, I can live without it. He actually did a good job at removing my split ends, but didn't cut my hair straight across the bottom, which would be fine if he shaped it afterwards (as I requested) but he didn't. He did finally cut my bangs but they seem to be barely shorter. Look, maybe I could've been more assertive in reminding him of what I actually asked for, but it seemed to be more of a miscommunication in that he didn't actually understand what I was saying. I feel disappointed, especially since I only get a haircut every 4-5 months since my hair is so long, meaning I'll have to wait until the new year at least to get a new haircut. I won't be returning.

The hairdresser was lovely but the salon seemed disorganised and had poor time management. My appointment was booked for 2pm but no one came to see me until 2.15pm and I was told they would be with me in 5 minutes. My hair didn’t get started until 2.25pm and I had to be at my hens party by 3.15pm. I told the hairdresser this and she acknowledged but I didn’t get out until 3.05pm. Alas, I was late to my party as a result.

I arrived on time for my appointment. Was allocated to a barber's chair then waited 25 minutes. There were 3 staff happliy chatting at the counter. Leo cut my hair and was very happy with the cut. If you want to charge premium prices you need to offer premium service. Won't be coming back.

My hairdresser was amazing and treated me with such respect. He was so likeable as a person. Unfortunately I have been to the salon a few times and wasn’t told of a substantial price rise. My service which normally costs $190 now cost $274 as a package. I was told if I didn’t have the package and just opted for foils and a trim with toner then I would be looking at $290. Obviously I went with the package which I didn’t really want. I was offered a cup of tea and when provided it was in a mug and contained long life milk!! If I pay that much for my hair I expect a proper cup of tea. The girl at the front of the salon start shutting the shop 15 minutes to 4. I felt like I was holding everyone up as they closed the front and sat together at the back of the salon. I found this service to be very unprofessional and would suggest the salon look at what they are charging with what they are providing. I don’t think the two match.

I think my hairdresser was very inexperienced. I have a very straight fringe and it looks very uneven and choppy.
