Maria did a great job with advice and cut to restyle my hair for winter. She makes the cut so much more feminine and makes me feel great. She really does care about how I look and the quality of the cut. She is awesome!

I Have been attending Hairology XO Salon for the past 3 years. I feel comfortable and satisfied enough to entrust my hair to the team on a regular basis. I feel that the team is knowledgable and competent in their work and that they listen to their clients needs.

Wonderful visit today and a lovely male stylist who made sure I walked out extremely pleased with the result. Staff here are so obliging and always fit me in which is excellent given I live out of Perth. Very happy indeed and hair looks amazing!!

I think my hairdresser was very inexperienced. I have a very straight fringe and it looks very uneven and choppy.

I believe the advice and treatment for my hair was probably accurate, but when my hair didn't turn out the way the stylist imagined she then proceeded to hint that it was my fault because I hadn't looked after my hair properly. Once the colouring was completed the cut and blow dry wasn't going well so she just kind of gave up stopped cutting quickly dried it said I couldn't have a fringe because my hair wouldn't sit properly. I paid my $406 almost crying whenever I caught site of myself Went home washed dried and strightened it with a fringe the colouris fine. But the cut is awful the two sides are very uneven. Altogether a horrendous 3 and a half hourexperience. Just don't go,

The haircut was great, and being able to book online is good. I purchased a ladies style cut as it was a bit more than a trim. The stylist tried to upsell me on a wash/blow dry service for an extra $20. She went on and on that they can’t cut dry hair with product in it and wet it at the shampoo station as if to make her point. Then she said she couldn’t really finish the fringe unless it was dry so. She dried my fringe. I was tearing up as I’m 64 and don’t want to pay extra for washing and drying my hair. I just want it cut nicely. I found she pulled my hair really hard and when ‘fluffing’ my hair she knocked my head like no hair dresser has ever. I went to my car instead of completing my shopping and had a cry. I take her advice about washing product out of my hair before coming to the salon - which I will next time but if a style cut is advertised, then I should be able to ask for that and not be bullied into paying more. I had a horrible time and I don’t know if I will book again. There was a sign at the front desk asking customers to be kind to the staff as they were understaffed but staff also don’t know customers circumstances and a bit of kindness going the other way would be nice.
