I have been a client of your clinic for spray tans for years and today was the first time i have ever been disappointed. After having my appointment time changed (withinin a few hours notice) by your staff, due to a vehicle accident involving a staff member in the carpark, i agreed to change of appointment time, no problem. However, when i arrived for my appointment(it was with Jasmin), whom i have never met before, she made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. She presented as someone with no time for me. I come to your clinic, occassionally, but only because you are located far from my home, however i know i send business your way because previously i have always loved results and have recommended many of my friends to you. I started coming to Celcius when Tan Ezy West Tce ceased I have been going there for other services too.I am not impressed. I am a person that never usually complains but am extremely disappointed with the service and my result today!!

I was extremely disappointed with my tan. I told the lady I would like to go a shade darker than the winter glow (just a nice medium colour) to which she asked what colour my dress was, and when I said beige she abuptly told me 'oh no way I think you should go a winter glow'. I went with this, because she's the professional. However my tan ended up very light, you could hardly tell I had one. I just wanted to be a nice medium tan to enjoy since I don't often get them. It was definitely not worth the $$ I paid. We all walked out and were not impressed with the amount of 'selling of products' the girls did while tanning us too! I don't think it's necessary and makes me not want to buy your products rather than buy products. I won't be returning!

Thank you for leaving this feedback. I am sorry you were disappointed with how your tan turned out. Our staff do try their best to offer up advice based on their experience. Even with all their knowledge and experience every persons skin is different and the results can very from person to person, with some skins absorbing the tan a lot more than others. Skin preparation and aftercare is another factor that affects the result and longevity of your tan which is why we strongly suggest home care products. I am sorry you felt there was too much emphasis on "retailing" and I believe that on your visit you have not received the proper Celcius experience. Unfortunately the room in which I had my eyelashes done was extremely noisy throughout the appointment. It made the entire experience irritable and not relaxing at all. You could hear the traffic, phone conversations with swearing and staff conversations. Multiple songs were playing, loud footsteps and thumping with sticky tape being pulled. I suggested this service not be in this room in the future. It ruined the experience and made me think of not returning for this service. Please pass on the feedback.

The deal at Celcius is that you can redeem the cost of the makeup session on products. My daughter bought one product, had $20 left to use up, but there was nothing in the salon for this amount.The girl tried to bully her into buying something that went over the cost of the service, which meant she would have to top up the amount. My daughter had no other money on her but the girl would not take no for an answer. Her friend who was booked in after her, used the left over 'money' my daughter couldn't use. This meant she was really upset and stressed on a day that should have been fun and enjoyable. Her makeup was only average. I usually buy my makeup from there, but will not be going back, as this kind of behaviour is unacceptable.

After coming to Celcius for over 7 yrs, I will not be returning. Whilst I love the ladies who treat me, I find the way the salon manages me just doesn’t suit me anymore. I am tired of ALWAYS being kept waiting... resulting in me either not having all the treatments I planned so as to not mess up my other appointments that day, or me just being late for them I am tired of a surcharge to use my card!! Really??!!! I am tired of feeling awkward booking a XXX to a male who answers the phone I am tired of the beautician I thought I was having being switched without asking me first And today, I am tired of changing the time of my daughter and my booking (today- 20/12) ... with the male already mentioned... only to be told by the beautician that my full appointment wasn’t transferred over. There was only time for a few of the treatments. Why not tell me at the time of requesting the change in time? You’ve lost a long standing customer AND her daughter who too would have been a long standing customer for decades to come. But I suspect that the owners’ business acumen is such that the true impact of this loss will not even be acknowledged. So long, Celcius Regards Angela Catlett
