I’ve come here for spray tans a few times now and my most recent visit last week was very disappointing. The spray gun wasn’t working well and the staff member had to change it out half way through. After changing it, she still had issues with the gun. I was immediately worried my tan would come out blotchy or uneven because she had to go over certain areas several times. The end result was that I couldn’t tell I even had a spray tan. I asked to be very dark without looking organge and chose a color I’ve had before that worked well for my skin. I ended up wasting $45 on a spray tan that I couldn’t even tell I got done. I left the next day on a holiday so I didn’t have time to go back and see if they would give me another one. I would consider going back if they refunded my money or offered to give me a future tan for free...

Hello Lisa, my apologies for the spray tan experience you had here. Due to malfunctioning spray tan guns unfortunately the solution might not have bonded to the skin as it should normally. This was my first spray tan, so I didn't know what to expect. The initial consultation to understand my needs was really good and Jade, the spray tan guru, did a fantastic job. I am really pleased with the results - my colour is just what I wanted, and the coverage is really even. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for a repeat visit!
