The tan was applied uneven. Only one coat was also applied and it didn't stick to my skin so I was pale with patches of a light tan. Very disappointed! Ended up having o to elsewhere. Further training for staff is clearly needed.

We are very sorry to hear there was an issue with the tan and we would have loved the opportunity to have fixed it ourselves for you . We do pride ourselves on the tans we produce, which are normally a very high quality. We would like to discuss it further with you so that extra training can be implemented where necessary. Rita was delightful and her service was absolutely flawless. My low score for treatment is due to the fact that almost didn't make it in the door! The staff member who 'greeted' me was just so rude. When she saw me she opened the door just a crack and said 'can I help you?' I said I had an appointment to which she replied 'spray tans are next door' at which point she rolled her eyes. I said I was getting a facial. Meanwhile I still hadn't been let in the door. I feel like she took one look at me and assumed I was in the wrong place and intruding on her space and her time. I was extremely relieved to discover she would not be the one giving me my facial!
