While I was pleased with the spray tan and recommendation for care afterwards, I didn't feel welcomed. Possibly because of the climate we've been having, there was no need for climate control, however I felt cold in the spray tan room.

The upselling of products after you get a spray tan is super annoying, especially for regular customers who listen to it every time. If a customer wants something they will ask. I've come here heaps of times but I'm thinking I'll go somewhere else now because it's just so annoying.

The staff and saloin are lovely but you never have the shade of tan I like (perfect bride). The tan is not good unless I use that shade.

I had several exceptional and fantastic experiences. Great spray tans that suited my very fair complexion. However I had a couple of bad experiences. One experience in particular that has turned me of forever! On a Thursday night. Not only did I wait 1.5 hour to go in, but the very orange tan was spotty, service terrible non caring, grumpy, and they lied about the effect that over spraying would create. They also did not mention how long I would need to wait. I paid for my tan although they said they would not charge me. When I wrote a (nice) letter to let them know of the many difficulties and unusual service that I received; I received no response, no apology and no way to fix my orange spotty leopard looking tan. Lucky my daughters party was fancy dress and i went as a pirate/gypsy with a very very very very bad tan. I spent the rest of the week avoiding people I was so embarrassed. Because their was no care when something went wrong I will no longer go there. I was happy to go back if they could assure me that it would not happen again. THEY DID NOT CARE. : ( Lucky I have found someone else extremely professional and that takes care. I get my fortnightly tans from them NOT CELCIUS.

Worst spray tan ever. Color was good but quality of the actual product was bad. Blotchy and unfortunately looked cheap.
