Comment
Because time is precious for everyone, i would prefer that my therapist didnt have to answer the phone or attend the counter during my treatments. Its happened more than once and happens at least once or twice each session, just ruins the experience a little. Even though they offer to extend the time, i find it distracting and im not always able to extend the time when you are fitting in other appointments etc
