I love the experience of visiting Moxleys. From the moment I walk in the door the experience begins, They are always so Professional and friendly and cant do enough for you. I always have Sally colour my hair and she is always so good at picking the right colour for my hair especially as i have transformed from Dark to now blond. Sally is a talented colourist and Richard is the one of the best stylist i have had do my hair. I am so gratelful for all the care and concern that he takes in making my fine head of hair look so much better. He is a natural. I am so impressed and thankful everytime i visit and would highly recommend the salon to everyone. They are masters in their field. Colin you have a Gem of a Salon. Richards you are the best. Thankyou so much.

The staff are helpful, if I have a question re styling they are always ready and willing to assist. I would rely on their judgement when choosing any new style. The staff are very professional and know what they are doing! I will always recommend Colin and his staff to my friends.

I have been a loyal (10+ years) and frequent customer of Colin Moxey. I don't feel that this is always appreciated, I most recently had a relatively junior and inexperienced staff member style and set my hair for a significant work event I attended. Whilst she did her best, it wasn't at the usual standard I would expect from this salon. I feel staff did not really try to accommodate my request to get my preferred stylists to style my hair. Whilst I appreciate they were booked to attend to other clients, they were performing routine cuts which I feel may have been rescheduled. This rating is by no way a reflection of the usual service I receive from Sally, Natalie and Richard who are always on their A game and keep me coming back.

We absolutely love and appreciate having you as a client and we really do try our very best to look after you in whatever way we can. As you have mentioned on the day of your event we had a completely full salon and although we did our best to reschedule the other clients (so we could get you to your preferred stylists), none of our customers could change their appointment times on that day.
