You will be very busy with the upcoming birth of your first child, such an exciting time. Good Luck , I look forward to hearing the news of your baby's safe arrival. i just need to say the salon is looking very tired and feels dirty , the wrap i was given today to wear for my facial was very thread bear , stained and very tatty, almost to the point I thought twice about putting it on , it just didn't feel clean and fresh, the towels i laid on and the cover i was under didn't feel fresh and clean, yet i hope they were. And i could not believe the head band that had been on my head to keep my hair of my face , i was horrified. These items have nothing to do with the staff, they are not to blame they are working with what they have been provided with . i was very disappointed today.i also noticed the wooden door when i was walking out back into reception it look like a door at a work shop, not my favorite beautician. Becky your my favorite salon I have been coming there a long time, but I was very shocked today. Exceptional facial and amazing friendly staff. I had the Babor Collagen Booster Facial and it was an hour and a bit of pure bliss. The facial left my skin refreshed and plump and the relaxing head and foot massage left me on cloud nine. It is fantastic value for money and is the perfect treat yourself gift, pre-event or pre-holiday facial.

Had wax repeatedly applied and ripped off, easily over 10 times each spot, so face was sore and irritated, still missed hairs. Most painful and disappointing brow wax I've ever had and upper lip still pink a day later.

The ladies are so amazingly friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk in! Felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. They explained everything very clearly from the products they were using and why. Very lovely, knowledgeable girls! Couldn’t recommend them enough.
