Had an excellent experience today and really appreciate getting a call-back today for a half-price facial after putting my name down on waiting/cancellation list on the weekend. Only comment on facilities was that the air-con was not working today but with a fan working, in the big picture, this was not anything significant.

cky gave a very good massage....but at times a little painful,,,maybe ask before you start are there any problem areas....such as arthritus in toes, or sensitive shins (due to a car crash)...but otherwise the overall experience was very nice and very professional....
