I am really happy with the Signature Facial I had last Saturday. The consultant was very professional and it made feel relaxed. In general very happy with the treatment and the products. The only improvement I would suggest is : if the customer buys a gift voucher for a treatment on x date, it should not be charged extra on the date of the use because the adjustment of prices on the treatment. I was lucky NOT to be charged but I think it isn't a right thing to do to ask the customer to pay the difference.
