Although my therapist was very sweet and offered lots of post-waxing skin management advice during the appointment, I had to tidy up stray eyebrow hairs below my brow when I got home which was disappointing.

External noise in the salon whilst I was undergoing my facial was disappointing, I have not had this happen previously when I have had appointments with you.

I have had numerous facials with Becky and can highly recommend her. My skin is improved each time I visit the salon. The staff really look after you and most importantly my skin.
