The beauty advisor I see (Tara) is always efficient, professional, friendly and accurate in her services. I highly recommend her. The salon itself is lovely and the staff are generally welcoming. There is potential for all staff to welcome customers/acknowledge waiting customers and offer a friendly smile. Prices are slightly on the high side when I compare with other similar salons but I am tremendously happy and therefore will pay. (Particularly for facial waxing). I personally have found a venue that does a Brazilian waxing for a fraction of the price and therefore I use them for that. Overall I am very happy with the services I receive and the advice I am given.
