I had a very good experience at the salon. The staff were both warm and professional. I was very happy with my treatment. The only reason some of my ratings were at a 9 rather than 10 was because I had to wait about 10 minutes which is not a big problem except that today I did need to get somewhere afterwards and it did mean I was running a little bit late too.
