I like the salon and everyone is very welcoming but being on a limited budget and not the most adventurous with hair styling I sometimes feel I am not the clientele they are looking for.

You need a better quality sound system this will enhance the experience at Christos.

I love attending this salon, but it sometimes feels as if I'm passed from one person to another. It would be nice if customer preferences could somehow be recorded so that it doesn't feel like pot luck to get someone who treats your hair well.

I'm not very happy. When Ashika could not do saturday any more I was assigned an 18 year old junior hairdresser to do my blowdry. I had asked Ashika for a senior hairdresser like her. the blow dry I had saturday reflected the experience of an 18 year old who tried hard. I moved off Jess because she just did not have the experience to do a good blow dry. I gather I am not paying enough ($45 each week every 5 weeks and $190 for a colour, cut and blow dry every 6 weeks) to have a senior hairdresser or else you dont have any one else for 3.15 Saturday. thank you very much for sending the survey. I appreciate very much getting a chance to express my views. everything else but the blow dry is great and ashika was excellent. Phyllis

Raised the price on me for the 4th time in about the last year or two...gone from 40 to 45 to 50 and now to 60 all in about 18 months for the same service (20 minutes mens cut). Getting ridiculous. Love the spot and love the staff but going to have to find somewhere cheaper

I’m a little unhappy with the amount I paid for my service. From what I gathered the girl doing my hair is an apprentice as she had another woman telling her what colour to do for me. All I got was a regrowth tint and a shine put in with a blow dry. This cost me $190 which is more than I pay at my usual hairdresser which is done by a fully qualified hairdresser with a cut and full colour.
