Demanded to know what colour I wanted. Did not know what I had had before. Then just left, talked to other staff members and then came back with color and started working on my hair with no explanation as to what option had been chosen - roots or whole head or why? Christos is great, but that experience left me deciding about wether I want to go back to the Salon. I felt undervalued, and that is not what I am looking for in a salon.

Complete change of hairstyle undertaken without my consent- felt violated. Trust breached. Accused of "not looking after my hair". My family & myself will be taking our business elsewhere.

I still can't believe you think it's ok to rip-off chicks with a haircut and colour that costs me $225, when I spend more time sitting around watching the person who started cutting my hair move to another person than that person actually spends doing my hair!!. Labour costs: $50. Materials: $30.
