The staff are lovely and welcoming. Had the service discussed in detail to me and they seemed to know what they were talking about, I was excited. But for some reason my colour was only left on for 15 minutes. My roots and greys are as bad as they were when I went in, it wasn’t until I was in nature lighting I could see just how bad it was. And the cut was, I’m sorry to say, terrible. It was meant to be layered in but it looks like it’s just been hacked at. I even had a friend say “what’s wrong with your hair” I’ll have to wear my hair up until I can afford the next hair cut and colour as this set me back $250. Too upset to go back
