*** CREDIT/REWARD - Patrice from Melbourne Central Branch is a phenomenal beauty therapist. She is always happy, engaging and does a fantastic job with her waxing and I always leave the salon very happy. I hope she will be given recognition for her excellent work if haven't already. *** CRITICISM - Last year I came into Essential Beauty (Melbourne Central) and I got a 'semi permanent beauty spot' on my cheek. I was told by a beauty therapist that it was NOT permanent and would eventually fade within 6 months. It has been over a year now and the beauty spot still remains and the ink has actually run, creating a bigger 'beauty spot'. As a result I have been to a Dermatologist and have had 1 laser session done in the attempt to remove it. 1 laser session has proven not to be enough and I plan to have my 2nd session done and possible even a third if necessary. Having heard my story and having heard what the Dermatologist has said, I request you remove the name 'semi-permanent' as there is no such thing and evidently it is not so.
