The facial I got was good. I just booked in for their signature facial but wasn't sure what it was but I really just wanted a deep clean so happy with a recommendation. It was a bit obvious that the beautician was trying hard to upsell me too much. I was not there for it. I just wanted something simple for the day and not looking to commit to regular visits, especially as it was my first visit and just wanted to test the waters as well. The constant pushing to buy more treatments and products made me uncomfortable and I probably wouldn't come back even though the facial gave me good results.
