wanted full fringe, I got wispy unbalanced cut fringe. long and wispy on the left side, short and full on the right. so weird looking. i have to put a clip on my hair now. The receptionist was really nice and very accomodating. the stylist talked a lot and sometimes on my ear while she talked to someone on the other side. loud. also put the blower(loudest part of the blower) near my ear.

Lovely hairdresser but worst cut I've had in a while. I was shocked that in 2022 professionals are still cutting curly hair after straightening it and with thinning scissors. It's going to take years for me to grow out the damage done in this haircut. I didn't realise the hairdresser was going to use thinning scissors until it was far too late. Really disappointing.

I have been booked for services I didn’t opt for :) also walked out paying around 250 dollars just for my roots 😊 found it a little too much where colouring your roots shouldn’t cost more than 100 dollars.

Was looking forward to a new style and asked the stylist for advice, but very disappointed with my haircut. It looks much the same as before (OK, a bit shorter and layered) with hair that annoyingly flops all over my face despite the 'product' that the stylist used. Won't be going back.

I went in hoping to spend as little as possible for a few highlights / foils around my face. (I've been out of work for a while so money is tight). I felt I was talked into paying for treatments which I didn't need. I have trouble saying no and I felt sick when walking home about how much I'd spent! Almost double what I should have. My hair colour is not what I wanted. It's too dark and seems more orange than when I arrived. The cut is good and the people were nice... but possibly manipulative.
