Sam is inexperienced with brown-black asian hair and gave no helpful advice on a choice of colour after telling me I could not do my wanted colour in one bleaching session. Also, one booking = one bleaching session. Told me I needed 4 bleaching sessions, which is ridiculous as 2 is the max for asian hair. He also made some rude comments and invaded my privacy. I would not recommend him for colouring services. Overall, overrated, rude and pricey for 1 bleaching + toning session.
