Comment
It was a little disappointing that another appointment had been booked for 5 minutes before my appointment time. Knowing that I had made another appointment directly after Essential Beauty, I knew then that I would not be finished on time. Perhaps more thought could be placed towards the customer in the setting of appointment times. Also, the shop front is quite open and when being greeted it is not professional to loudly verbalise the nature of my appointment (ie: 'oh, you're here for a xxx brazilian IPL treatment!' - when young males are present in the waiting area. These comments are in no way indicated towards the beautician that conducts the IPL, who has been professional, respectful, and discreet on every occasion.
