Quite often when I call into Essential Beauty at Knox City, there is no one at the counter and have waited over 15 minutes until someone comes out to serve waiting customers. On one occasion there were about 4 people who walked into the store and waited whilst I was there and a couple of them just walked out unhappy with obvious lack of staff. Potential lost business for Essential Beauty.

I come here every month for my waxing and always get amazing service- but so over them always trying to convince me to get laser hair removal! I don't want it! Please stop offering! You'd think after 12 months they'd know I'm happy with just waxing :) otherwise all if fantastic- all the girls are very professional and always make me feel comfortable

At 10am I booked an appointment for 330. At 310 they called me to cancel. I walked in anyway to ask what was up. The first lady didn't know so she went out back. They asked if I could do the next day instead. I said no. They said they my have to stop mid appointment to serve someone else. I said ok. Then I had to keep waiting. At 4 they started giving me fake lashes but couldn't do it. So I left with nothing after waiting all day.

I like essential beauty, the price of their services are mostly very good, but I find that most treatments are very rushed and feel like I am being pushed out the door. The environment of both the ones I have been to, Knox and Eastland, are very clean but slightly uninviting and the treatment rooms are just too small and squashy! Overall 3.5 out of 5 stars.
